Windows Live Writer Plugin - Sharper Photo

Sharper Photo is a plug-in for Windows Live Writer that allows you to edit your images. Windows Live Writer is a utility for creating blog entries, which comes bundled with the Windows Live package.

This plug-in is capable of easily editing those pictures you have inserted into a WLW entry, using your preferred image editor.

You can activate Sharper Photo by choosing the command you will find in the "Insert" menu. You may then use this plug-in to edit the photo using the program set as the default editor, or reduce the image quality in order to make it smaller. When you are satisfied with the results, you can press the "Save and Close" button, and the changes will be applied.

Through the "Settings" dialog you can define which image processor you want to open each time you decide to edit an image using this plug-in. The first time you publish an entry after installing Sharper Photo, it will offer you to always open itself before posting an article. You can choose to activate or deactivate this feature at any time.
